How Consultations Are Held
Consultations may be held by phone or Google Meet, depending on the client’s preference and availability. For privacy and security, documents and sensitive taxpayer information should be submitted through our secure client portal rather than by standard email or chat.

At Lynx Tax Advisors, protecting your information is a core part of our service. Our communication practices are designed to align with IRS data security guidance and federal privacy standards.
To maintain confidentiality and comply with federal data security standards, we use secure and controlled communication channels:
Secure Portal (Recommended): All sensitive documents and tax information should be uploaded through our secure client portal.
Email: Used for general communication and updates. Please do not send sensitive tax documents via email unless instructed.
Phone & Video (Google Meet): Used for consultations and case discussions.
Scheduling: Appointments are managed through our online scheduling system.
For your protection, we do not use text messaging or third-party chat apps for sharing confidential tax information.
