Lynx Tax Advisors uses a secure client portal to exchange documents, messages, forms, and case information. Tax documents often contain sensitive personal and financial information, so clients should avoid sending confidential records through unsecured channels whenever possible.

When to Use the Portal

Lynx Tax Advisors uses a secure client portal to exchange documents, messages, forms, and case information. Tax documents often contain sensitive personal and financial information, so clients should avoid sending confidential records through unsecured channels whenever possible.

Before Uploading Documents

Before uploading documents, confirm that the information is complete, readable, and related to the requested tax matter. If you are unsure whether a document is needed, wait for instructions from Lynx Tax Advisors or ask during your consultation.

Secure Document Exchange

The portal helps centralize sensitive tax documents and case communication in one place. This supports better organization, clearer document tracking, and more secure handling of taxpayer information than ordinary email or text messaging.

Important Note

Uploading documents through the portal does not create an advisor-client relationship unless Lynx Tax Advisors has accepted the matter and confirmed the engagement terms. Clients should not upload documents for urgent deadlines unless they have already been instructed to do so.
