Who We Work With

Lynx Tax Advisors is led by former IRS professionals and supported by qualified tax advisors who share our commitment to clear communication, ethical representation, and practical case resolution. Our approach is informed by firsthand IRS experience, while keeping the taxpayer’s needs at the center of every case.

We are interested in connecting with:

  • Enrolled Agents (EAs)

  • Former IRS Revenue Officers, Revenue Agents, or Appeals Officers

  • Experienced tax resolution professionals

  • Bookkeepers and tax preparers with strong compliance backgrounds

Most professionals we work with operate as independent advisors within our framework.

We provide:

  • Case flow and client acquisition (firm-sourced work)

  • Structured workflows and systems (TaxDome, intake, engagement)

  • Administrative and client coordination support

  • A collaborative, high-trust environment

Advisors are expected to:

  • Maintain professional standards consistent with Circular 230

  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members

  • Exercise sound judgment in case strategy

We are not a volume-based firm.

Our focus is on thoughtful, defensible resolution strategies—not shortcuts or aggressive positioning that creates risk for the client.
